How Long Time does it takes to collect/deliver my parcel?

You can choose between  ECONOMY SERVICE or EXPRESS DELIVERY. Depending on the service you booked with us it might take up to 7 days to collect/deliver your item. Please check our availability prior to booking and reserve the service that suits you best 

How Can I organize collection and delivery?

You need to provide full collection and delivery addresses, contact numbers and emails if applicable for both parties

Than sit back and relax

We prepare the schedules 24 hours in advance and we will notify the relevant party of the collection/delivery date and time. Via email and text message

 Please note that without confirmation, we are unable to send a vehicle to the requested destination.

Can I request a specific date for collection/delivery?

Unless we agreed beforehand, our service will not follow any specific date or time based on your instructions for collection/delivery.

Our Friendly Schedules Team will do all necessary efforts to assist with your request but please send your inquires prior to booking

Does my item needs to be wrapped /boxed?

We show special care to all items in transit and cover them with blankets. However accidents might happen and therefore we strongly recommend your item to be bubble wrapped/boxed prior to collection. We can offer a bubble wrap packing service at extra cost

I am not flexible and cannot be present at the time of delivery. What should I Do?

If you are not present at the time of delivery we can leave the parcel at safe place that you highlighted, or you can select a neighbour to accept the goods in your absence

How can I Pay for my service?

The Company’s charges for carriage shall be payable by the Customer, however, the Company shall also have the right to demand and obtain payment from the sender (if different from the Customer) or the Consignee, or from any other person who may be liable to pay the charges

Can a 3rd party form the contract cover the delivery charges?

The Company’s charges for carriage shall be payable by the Customer, however, the Company shall also have the right to demand and obtain payment from the sender (if different from the Customer) or the Consignee, or from any other person who may be liable to pay the charges

Is my Item insured in transit?

Basic Insurance (up to 100 GBP) is included with every service booked with us.

If you wish full insurance (up to the limits of the value of the item you transporting with us) you are obligated to pay 5% of the RRP which you need to declare in advance

My Item is damaged in transit. What should I do?

All claims must be submitted in writing to Hassle Free Logistics Service within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that If the consignee takes delivery of the goods without duly checking their condition with the carrier or without sending him reservations giving a general indication of the loss or damage, not later than the time delivery in the case of apparent loss or damage the fact of his taking delivery shall be „prima facie evidence „that he has received the goods in the condition described in the consignment note.

Please also bear in Mind that we are not obliged to act on any claims until our charges have been paid nor are you entitled to deduct the amount of your claim from our charges.
